Pazhanam Technologies connects your accounting software to the Peppol network and gets you InvoiceNow-ready, ahead of your GST mandate deadline.
InvoiceNow is Singapore's nationwide e-invoicing initiative, built on the Peppol network. Instead of emailing a PDF invoice that someone on the other end has to open and retype, your accounting software sends the invoice data straight into your customer's system, structured and ready to process.
That is the meaning of e-invoice in the InvoiceNow context: not a nicer-looking PDF, but a direct, machine-readable exchange between two systems over Peppol. For a business, this usually means fewer manual entry errors, faster payment cycles, and a paper trail that lines up cleanly for GST reporting.
Yes, and the timing depends on when your business registered for GST. Here is the mandate as it currently stands.
If you register for GST voluntarily, InvoiceNow adoption is required from 1 April 2026. There is no phase-in window, so it is worth getting set up before you register.
If you are already GST-registered, the mandate phases in between April 2028 and April 2031, based on your turnover. Larger turnovers are brought in first.
Government grants of S$1,000 to S$5,000 are available to help offset InvoiceNow onboarding costs. We can help you understand what applies to your business as part of setup.
We work as your e-invoicing service provider so you don't have to figure out Peppol on your own.
We check your GST status, turnover, and which mandate window applies, plus what accounting software you already run.
We link your system, Xero, Zoho, QuickBooks, or Odoo, to a Peppol Access Point so invoices can flow both ways.
We send test invoices end to end and confirm your data maps correctly before anything goes live with a real customer.
We stay on for ongoing support as your invoice volume grows and as later mandate phases apply to you.
You don't need to switch systems. We connect the one you already run to InvoiceNow.

Yes. New voluntary GST registrants must adopt InvoiceNow from 1 April 2026. Existing GST-registered businesses phase in between April 2028 and April 2031, based on turnover.
Peppol is the network InvoiceNow runs on. It lets your accounting software send structured invoice data directly to your customer's system, rather than emailing a PDF that needs to be manually re-entered.
Look for a provider who will assess your specific mandate window, connect your existing accounting software rather than force a switch, test thoroughly before go-live, and stay on for support afterwards. That is how we approach every InvoiceNow setup.
